Effective AUG 12, 2026: Colorado's 2026 legislative session brought real changes to the practice act and Commission-approved forms — HB26-1287 (the sunset bill) and HB26-1426 (the Department of Law bill) — and licensees need more than a summary of what moved. This course walks through the substantive changes, the regulatory reasoning behind them straight from Division of Real Estate guidance, and the practical impact on licensee obligations — including the new written-agreement requirements before performing licensed duties.
