Description
This course was designed to help real estate agents identify key features & areas of concern across a wide range of homes over the last century and beyond. Home construction is constantly changing and evolving, and this course will identify the most important changes over the years and what they mean for home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Differentiate between various types of plumbing systems and understand common plumbing problems.
Differentiate between various types of electrical systems and wiring found in older homes.
Describe characteristics of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in older homes.
Identify environmental issues and health concerns across decades of home construction.
