Must be an "active" listing to be on tour. All listings will be verified the day prior to the tour and any "Delayed Market" or "Pending" will be removed. No exceptions to this rule. Listing agent or a representative must go on the full tour as a professional courtesy Tours are limited to 12-15 listings (However\, we will attempt to cover all the listings on the designated dates/areas) We do not have a maximum number of listings per offices but Brokers please limit listings to 3 per broker for each tour Please forward your property MLS numbers to AE Jacqueline Huff marae@marmontrose.com by 5:00 PM 2 business days prior to each tour date. No listing will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour date as the tour is mapped out in advance for maximum travel efficiency. I will always try to send the schedule out to the brokers by 4:00pm the day before each tour. "Meet up" location & sponsored food will be announced along with the tour listings for each date/area in that email. Please CARAVAN on Ouray tours if possible.
