Annual Members Banquet

Description

Denim & Diamonds! You and a guest are invited to join us for an afternoon of great food, games, dancing, corn-hole tournament and comradery. Wear your best boots, jeans, and jewels!   

The Annual Membership Banquet is being held at the beautiful Storm King Mountain Ranch again this year with dinner by Stone House.

Deadline to sign up is Oct 8th for final catering count. NO exceptions so please register early

Deadline to sign up for the banquet is Thursday, October 8th at 5:00 PM. NO exceptions!! Please understand that we have to give the caterer the final meal count by this date so no changes can be made afterwards. If you plan to attend, you must register no later than October 8th. 

If you prefer the vegetarian option, please mark that on the registration. 

If you would like to reserve an entire table for your group, you can sponsor a table with 8 seats for $100. A sign with your company name and logo will be placed on the table. (Please note - at least 4 seats must be for MAR members even with reserved tables. Each MAR member is allowed 1 guest for no extra change. Extra member's guest tickets can be purchased for $65 per seat.)  

A door prize ticket will be given to each attendee who brings an item to donate to Shepherd's Hand. Greatest needs are:

• Cake mixes and frosting
• Meat/beef sticks
• Shelf-stable fruit or yogurt pouches
• Granola bars
• Ramen noodles
• Sleeping bags
• Backpacks
• Men's jeans (waist sizes 30–34)
• XL hoodies
• Men's sneakers or boots (sizes 11–13)
