Send you listings to Andrea Johnson at andijohnson1009@gmail.com by 5:00pm the Tuesday prior to each tour date. No listing will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour date as the tour is mapped out in advance for maximum travel efficiency. Schedule will be finalized and emailed to members 24 hours prior to tour.

Rules: 

• At least one of the listing agents must be a member of Montrose Association of Realtors to have listings on tour.
• Must be an “active” listing to be on tour. All listings will be verified the day prior to the tour and any “Delayed Market” or “Pending” will be removed. No exceptions to this rule. 
• Listing agent or a representative must go on the full tour as a professional courtesy
• Tours are limited to 12 listings (first come/first serve)
• We do not have a maximum number of listings per office but each broker will be limited to one listing per tour. (If there are less than 12 listings on a tour, a 2nd listing may be accepted per broker)
• Please forward your property MLS number to Andrea Johnson at andijohnson1009@gmail.com by 5:00pm the Tuesday prior to each tour date. No listing will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour date as the tour is mapped out in advance for maximum travel efficiency. 
• We will always try to send the schedule out to the brokers by 4:00pm the day before each tour. "Meet up" location & sponsored food will be announced along with the tour listings for each date/area in that email. 

If you are interested in sponsoring a breakfast or lunch at your listing, please notify Andrea as early as possible.
