Please forward your property MLS numbers to Judi Snelling at judi@sneffelsrealty.com by Noon Monday prior to each Tuesday tour date.

Tour rules are as follows: 

Listing broker or representative from that office must attend the tour & show the house/property. Brokers are encouraged to complete the entire tour.

Must be an “active” listing to be on tour. All listings will be verified the day prior to the tour and any “Delayed Market” or “Pending” will be removed. 

Only residential-no lots (unless subdivision)

Tours are limited to 12-15 listings (However, we will attempt to cover all the listings on the designated dates/areas)

             We do not have a maximum # of listings per offices

             Brokers please limit listings to 3 per broker for each tour

Tour listings will be sent out to the brokers by 4 on Monday afternoon by Jacqueline.

          "Meet up" location & sponsored food will be announced along with the tour listings for each date/area.

           Tours will be "routed" at the meet up.

If you want to sponsor a breakfast or lunch at your listing/s please notify Judi by the Friday before the Tour date.
