September Broker Home Tour - SE

Please send your SE listings to Andrea Johnson at andijohnson1009@gmail.com or Adam Renfrow at adam@renfrowrealty.com by 5:00pm on September 23rd. Tours are limited to the first 12 listings received. No listing will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour date as the tour is mapped out in advance for maximum travel efficiency. 

Tour Rules: 

At least one of the listing agents must be a member of Montrose Association of Realtors to have listings on tour.

Must be an “active” listing to be on tour. All listings will be verified the day prior to the tour and any “Delayed Market” or “Pending” will be removed. No exceptions to this rule.

Listing agent or a representative must go on the full tour as a professional courtesy

Tours are limited to the first 12 listings received.

We do not have a maximum number of listings per office but each broker will be limited to one listing per tour. (If there are less than 12 listings on a tour, a 2nd listing may be accepted per broker)

Please send your property MLS number to Andrea Johnson at andijohnson1009@gmail.com by 5:00pm the Tuesday prior to each tour date. No listing will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour date as the tour is mapped out in advance for maximum travel efficiency. 

We will always try to send the schedule out to the brokers by 4:00pm the day before each tour. "Meet up" location & sponsored food will be announced along with the tour listings for each date/area in that email.

If you are interested in sponsoring a breakfast or lunch at your listing, please notify Andrea as early as possible.
