This course is designed to provide real estate agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize the CREN Paragon MLS system's automatic email notification and collaboration center tools. These tools allow agents to streamline their workflow and provide their clients with real-time updates on new listings, price changes, photo changes, and open houses. By setting up these tools, agents can save time by automating repetitive tasks and improve communication with their clients. Additionally, the collaboration center provides clients with a personal website where they can view and interact with listings, communicate with their agent in real-time, and receive notifications when anything is done on their collaboration center. The course will cover topics such as how to set up and customize email notifications, how to utilize the collaboration center, and how to manage client communication through these tools. By the end of the course, agents will have the necessary skills to set up email notifications and collaboration center for any client, ensuring they never miss out on a listing and giving their clients the best advantage to finding the property that best meets their needs.
