Please chose a membership option and complete the form fields (you must have Primary Membership in another association to choose the Secondary Membership option). The dues shown below are the total National, State and Local annual dues. Your actual total association membership dues for this year will be pro-rated per month based on the month you join. You will be emailed an invoice with that total once your application has been accepted and processed.
