Last live CREC ACU for 2026 at MAR

Every year the Division of Real Estate releases the required Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics the Division believes are important for brokers to know. This 4-hour mandatory course is necessary in order to maintain your license status. This course covers important brokerage compliance and general practice issues, as well as rule, contract, and legislative changes. 

You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of class to receive a registration refund.
