• The Boundary: This quadrant covers everything North of Highway 50 (Main St) and East of Highway 50.

The "Every Tour" Downtown Zone

Regardless of which quadrant is being toured for the month, the Downtown Core is always included. If a listing falls within these specific markers, it is allowed on every tour:

• Northern Border: Up to N San Juan Bypass
• Eastern Border: Out to San Juan Ave
• Southern Border: Down to S 10th Ave
• Western Border: Over to the Uncompahgre River
