• The Boundary: This quadrant encompasses everything South of Spring Creek and West of Highway 550 (Townsend Ave).

The "Every Tour" Downtown Zone

Regardless of which quadrant is being toured for the month, the Downtown Core is always included. If a listing falls within these specific markers, it is allowed on every tour:

• Northern Border: Up to N San Juan Bypass
• Eastern Border: Out to San Juan Ave
• Southern Border: Down to S 10th Ave
• Western Border: Over to the Uncompahgre River
