Description

The class objective is for Brokers to have a basic understanding of the NAR lawsuit settlements and a comprehensive understanding of the resulting changes to the Brokerage Disclosure to Buyer, Listing Contracts, the Contract to Buy and Sell as well as other, non-compensation-related changes that were made. Compensation Agreements and alternative methods of promoting compensation being offered by the seller will also be discussed and explored.
