Course Description

This course examines the recurring issues surrounding personal property in Colorado real estate transactions. Brokers will learn how to properly recognize, document, and disclose personal property using Colorado-approved contracts and bills of sale, while understanding when personal property impacts valuation, taxation, MLS reporting, and manufactured housing transactions. Emphasis is placed on broker responsibilities, scope limitations, and the importance of advising clients to consult appropriate experts when valuation or tax implications arise.
