The Club at Cobble Creek will be hosting a wine party for all members of the Montrose Association of Realtors on Tuesday, June 21 at 4:30 pm. The event will be in the Clubhouse at Cobble Creek, 699 Cobble Drive. The objective is to provide MAR members with information on the Club at Cobble Creek and the two HOA's at Cobble Creek ((Cobble Creek HOA and Spruce Point HOA). The Club offers many fun opportunities, in addition to golf. The two HOA's have standard Covenants and Design Review requirements. Providing more information about activities in the overall Cobble Creek community will enhance the knowledge of MAR members and assist you in the overall service you provide your buyers. Following the wine party, you are all encouraged to go downstairs to the Tavern and enjoy the Club's Taco Tuesday on the outside patio. You will receive a coupon for a free taco, courtesy of the Club at Cobble Creek. This is a great opportunity for you to experience the social environment at the Club.
