Alice got her first real estate license in Aspen, CO in 1979. She not only was involved in Property Management, but worked with Sellers and Buyers to sell their condos there. She met her husband, Larry on the ski lift going up Ruthie's Run on Aspen Mountain in 1974. They were married and had three children. They moved to Ouray, CO in 1994 as it was a smaller community and the school's were excellent. She bought Ouray Realty and Investment in 1994 where she worked with Buyers and Sellers and increased the property management area from 12 to 45 properties over the 10 years she owned the company. After her 'kids' moved on to college she sold the business so she could travel more with her husband. She kept her real estate license with different brokerages over the years and is currently working happily with Ouray Real Estate Corp.
